Which contractor should I use?
That depends on what is entailed with the job. We have contacts and working relationships with many reputable contractors and would be glad to recommend specific ones depending on the job.
Do your contractors carry insurance?
Yes, however every job is different which requires an examination of their current insurance. That's one of the things we check out for you.
Do you only do roofs?
No. Our specialty is water damage analysis. We provide a package to the HOA or building owner that includes a complete repair solution, and we also recommend contractors. It is our intention to come up with a good solution at a reasonable price for each contract.
What kind of roofs do you specialize in?
We do them all: Flat, steep slope, computer room, schools, etc. We can do metal, foam, asphalt builtup, single ply and almost anything used within today's building standards. We are also familiar with green options that are energy saving and cost efficient.
