Working in Silicon Valley and dealing with semiconductor manufacturing plants, hotels, home owners associations and hospitals, etc. has led him to find user-friendly systems that can be applied in very difficult and complicated scenarios. Bruce has also developed and managed large, steep application projects such as the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel as well as numerous multi-residential projects.
Years of estimating experience and a good working knowledge of the industry enable Bruce to identify and solve even the most challenging waterproofing problems. Entered the roofing and waterproofing industry in 1983. As manager of a contracting company focused on residential and light commercial business, he developed significant experience with property managers, home owner associations (HOAs), and the insurance industry.
In 1989 John established a company specializing in both residential and public works projects. As a union company, he experienced success in public competition through efficient management. As an expert in hands-on construction, John relates especially well to contractors and ensures clear communication and timely response without sacrificing quality.
John has established relationships with several major insurance companies. He has developed a template customized to the insurance industry's needs reporting on failure analysis and causation issues. This information can be effective in saving clients tens of thousands of dollars.
